Did you know that you can make raspberry jam from frozen berries? I actually prefer making this delicious jam with frozen berries for two reasons. One, the berries are much easier to crush when they're frozen and then thawed and secondly, frozen berries are more reasonably priced than fresh.
We're featuring our raspberry jam recipe today. I just made a batch from start to finish with thawed frozen berries in less than 30 minutes. I love seeming the pretty crimson jars all lined up on my kitchen counter.
