Two Outrageously Delicious, Ridiculously Easy Chocolate Desserts

❤️❤️❤️ Happy Valentine's Day! ❤️❤️❤️

I almost forgot that today was Valentine's Day, probably because we celebrated in a big way over the weekend.

Our 16-year-old granddaughter, Annie texted me a few weeks ago and asked if I would consider hosting a Valentine's dinner for her and eleven of her girlfriends. (They call it a "Galentine's" party.) I was delighted with the request and told her I would love it!

I gave the girls a few menu options and we put together a delicious meal. Their choice was Petite Filets, Twice Baked Potatoes, Salad and our Ridiculously Easy Pull Apart Bread (picture linked below). Of course, there were a few dessert choices as well, one of them being the Pink Velvet Cake (picture linked below) that we shared a few days ago. My daughter and daughter-in-law helped with the meal and I had fun decorating the house for the special occasion.

The adorable girls came all dressed in fancy red and pink attire. They played music, danced and, of course, took lots of pictures for their social media sharing. They all seemed to enjoy the dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed having them in our home.

Thought you might enjoy a few pictures of the festive party decor so we've included a few below for your Valentine's inspiration.

Oh, and for our post today, we're sharing two fabulous chocolate desserts that you can make in way less than 15 minutes (hands-on time). If you're short on time but would like to make something special for Valentine's Day (or any day of the year), this post is for you! Your family, friends and sweethearts will think dessert was a true a labor of love... it's okay to keep that little secret to ourselves!
